Fitness classes

Alongside H M S Training, Holly also teaches a selection of fitness classes at The Shed, Bletchinlgey, for Kate Crofts fitness. These classes are designed for those that want to improve their strength and cardiovascular health through the use of free weights and machines. Low-impact classes are designed for those with limited strength/ mobility, those recovering from injury, or for people who do not want to be involved in jumping/high-impact exercises. 

 

Classes Holly Teaches:

- Monday 10:15 - 11:15 Low impact Bootcamp 

- Thursday 08:00 - 09:00 Low impact Bootcamp 

- Saturday 08:30 - 09:30 Bootcamp
