Do you have a fitness goal you are struggling to reach? Need the motivation to keep up a fitness routine? Recovering from an injury or have a new injury you are unsure how to exercise with? Or simply just want someone to plan your sessions and check your technique? 

If you said Yes to any of these then you can benefit from Personal Training sessions with Holly. 

Personal training can take at The Shed (Bletchingley), at your home (space depending), or online. This gives you the opportunity to fit PT around your lifestyle. Sessions are available 6 days a week and can be 1-2-1 based, with a friend/partner or in a small group. PT sessions are either 45 minutes or 1 hour long and are available several times throughout the day.
