Move it With Holly is a 1-hour low-impact exercise class designed for those who want to keep fit without having to lift weights or jump around. The class is all about moving to maintain/improve mobility, fitness, coordination, and balance. In this class, we move to music from the 50's to 90's and work on improving strength through the use of resistance bands. The class can be completed standing or sitting and each movement can be adapted to fit your needs. You take the class at your own pace and enjoy the great community feel Move it has developed.
